Terms & conditions hotel room
Deposit 10% of total amount is made at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is made 2 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival the deposit (10% of total amount) is non-refundable.
In case of cancellations later than 2 weeks prior to arrival the total amount is non-refundable.
Terms & conditions apartment
Deposit 25% of total amount is made at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is made 2 months prior to arrival.
In case of cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival the deposit (25% of total amount) is non-refundable.
In case of cancellations later than 60 days prior to arrival the total amount is non-refundable.
